Answers to our most popular return questions
We offer a 30 day return policy on items purchased from our online store. All returns are processed as full refunds as we currently don't allow exchanges. The return process can be started using the link below.
The items being returned must be in new and re-sellable condition, which includes all product tags and packaging. We may refuse items that have signs of use or wear. We will not accept returns that haven’t been packaged properly using suitable shipping satchels or protective boxes. Please do not put the shipping label or packaging tape directly on the box or product itself, this could have your return denied.
Adventure Rewards Members
Members receive free Australian returns on orders of $99 or more. New Zealand orders of $199 or more receive free returns. For all orders under $99 you a required to send back the items using a courier of choice.
Guests & Non-Members
We do not provide free returns for guest and/or non-member orders. You are required to send back items using a courtier of choice.

Change of Mind
FULL PRICE PURCHASES: We are happy to exchange, issue a credit note or refund, to the same value purchased as long as the below
Terms and Conditions are satisfied:- Goods are in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with original tags and packaging;
- Goods are in a re-saleable condition;
- Proof of purchase must be provided;
- Goods are returned within 14 days of purchase
NO REFUNDS ON SALE/PROMOTION ITEMS: We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for these items as long as the above Terms and Conditions are satisfied.
REFUNDS: All refunds are made to the same method of payment used to purchase the goods and for the same value they were purchased.
GIFTS: No refunds can be provided for GIFTS. Gifts can be exchanged or issued with a credit note when accompanied with a Gift Exchange Card and/or Gift Receipt.
All exchanges will be processed as full refunds. When then require you re-purchase the correct item or size online in a seperate order.
- Send the incorrect item or items you wish to return back to us using the correct return method.
- Once the items have reached our warehouse we'll process a full refund with 2-4 days of the receipt of the goods.
- You can place another order online at anytime for the correct size or colour.
- Free shipping will only apply to orders that qualify at the time of the order.
