Answers to our most requested questions
Ordering
- Login to your account if you are website subscriber or Adventure Rewards Member.
- To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
- To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
- To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
- If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount
- Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review
- Remember to fill in all necessary details and once you have reviewed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ then enter your preferred payment method
We currently do not accept international credit cards or transactions. We only accept Australian credit card payments, PayPal and Afterpay. If you are overseas and want to process a transition for a gift for someone in Australia, please use Paypal.
There are a few reasons why an Adventure Rewards discount may not be applied. This may be because the items you have in your cart are sale items or part of promotion and not applicable. Member discounts generally do not apply to sale or promotional items unless otherwise stated.
Please make sure you are logged in as an Adventure Rewards customer, or checkout discounts will not be applied.
If you did not receive your order confirmation your order may not have gone through. Please check your spam or junk mail folders as first time order confirmations can be directed to this areas.
Shipping
We ship to all Australian addresses including PO boxes, parcel lockers, regional areas and military locations. We currently do not allow international shipping due to licensing agreements with our suppliers.
We use an Australia Post suburb and postcode lookup tool that matches the two with the offical post system. We do this for a number of reasons, but mainly to unsure your packages make it to the intended location.
If this is being rejected during checkout please make sure the postcode and suburb match exactly as per Australia post. You can do this by using this link to check your suburb/postcode combination.
If you haven't received you package please refer to the tracking email for more information on the package locations. If Australia Post mentions your package has been delivered and you haven't received the package. Please contact us.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the package before opening for proof of damage. Please contact us.
Returns
You are entitled to free return shipping only if you are a Adventure Rewards member and have spent over $99 on the order that you wish to return.
Unfortunately, at this moment, all items purchased online must be returned to www.adventuremegastore.com.au. Please see our return and exchange policy for more information.
Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to process once we receive the returned package.
All exchanges will be processed as full refunds. When then require you re-purchase the correct item or size online in a seperate order. For more information please visit our returns and exchanges page.
Products
On every product across the site, a size chart is featured to help you get the correct size. This can be found next to the product description.
If you feel a product is faulty or not performing to it's intended purpose, please contact us to lodge a warranty claim.
Currently there are no product recalls, but this may arise. You will only be notified if you have purchase the recalled item.
We currently don’t range the plus size Columbia range at this time. This is something we’re looking at ranging in the near future.
